I had my computer for about a week and am very pleased with its capabilities. I'm using the computer faster, but not of this size and frankly I do not buy it for speed. My goal for my Acer is the e-mail, surfing, chatting and casual work of the Office programs (such as writing in Word to ensure that did not bother me with the spelling!).
The things you might want to know if you're in the market:
Advantages: size, weight, battery, fast wireless connection to my laptop ooooold Gateway, 5-in-1 card reader handy, power and interfaces with the external hard drive fine, no problem viewing *. AVI movie recorded with my cam Hero directly from the hard drive, problems viewing the video online now
Cons: The keyboard a little 'tends to cause mis-steps when the keys are flat, without a "cup" at all, no system disk Windows included (I have not found the time to contact Acer about this and see if I can obtain the operating system. .. I would appreciate any advice on this!), it is great the sound through the internal speakers, but probably in line with what one would expect on a computer of this size, the lack of defined edges and touchpad (also If I are adapting to it easily).
All-in-all, I recommend this computer. I rated it 4 stars because of some minor deficiencies, but the choice I would choose it again with other computers.
